| YOUR GAME, YOUR SAY… YOUR COUNTY FA |
Birmingham County FA is offering local people and stakeholders a chance to shape the future of football in the Black Country, Birmingham and Warwickshire at one of three special events in February and March 2008.
Topics to be addressed will include some of the hottest in football: growth and retention within the game, raising standards, running the game and creating better players.
The FA received over 17,000 responses to its “Your Game, Your Say” survey which has helped form the National Game Strategy for 2007-12 – a blueprint for the development of all football in England beneath the Football League.
Now it is the turn of Birmingham County FA to hold interactive events in Birmingham , the Black Country and Warwickshire where anyone with an interest in the grassroots game can have their say.
Walsall’s Banks’ Stadium will kick off the consultation process on Tuesday 5th February with Villa Park playing host to the Birmingham event on Thursday 21st February. The opinions from Warwickshire will be sought at Rugby Town FC’s Conference Centre on Wednesday 5th March.
Doors to all three events open at 6.30pm for a 7pm start.
